A few things worth knowing.
What should I include in my first message?
What you are building or trying to fix, roughly when you need it, and any budget range you have in mind. Links to your current site or product help a lot. You do not need a formal brief. A few honest paragraphs are more useful than a polished document.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24 hours on working days. The first reply comes from the founder, not an account manager.
Do you take small projects?
Yes, within reason. A single landing page, a brand identity, or a design system audit are all normal engagements. If your brief is better served by someone else, we will tell you that instead of taking the work.
What happens after I send this?
A short call to understand the problem properly, then a written proposal covering recommended scope, deliverables, timeline and cost. No obligation, and no charge for that stage.
