Operator toolingSaaSWorkflow design2026

Sublime Back Office — the side the member never sees.

Every curated recommendation and every VIP request on Sublime is fulfilled by a person working in this product. The member-facing app is only half the system.

Overview

The operator counterpart to the Sublime member app: member records, request routing, concierge workflow and supplier coordination.

Awaiting content

This case study is scaffolded in the same structure as iTravelle and Sublime. Nothing here is written yet. Send it the way you sent the iTravelle archive, an HTML file or a document, and I will port it into these tabs.

  • Role, timeline, team, scope for the fact bar
  • A hero screen, the one you would show if you only got one
  • Problem / What I did / Outcome, three short cards
  • Any headline numbers: modules, roles, screens, artboards

The problem

Awaiting content

What was breaking for the concierge team before this existed. The strongest version of this section names specific defects with evidence, the way the iTravelle study does.

  • The defects, ideally with annotated screenshots of the live system
  • What each cost in operator time per request

Approach

Awaiting content

How you worked: the audit, the roles and permissions model, the architectural decisions and what you argued for.

  • Four or five process steps
  • The roles and what each may see, this is operator tooling so permissions likely matter

The work

Awaiting content

The screens. This panel supports a nested view switcher like iTravelle if the product has several surfaces worth separating.

  • Request queue and routing
  • Member record
  • Concierge workflow
  • Every component state, loading, empty, error, populated

Outcome

Awaiting content

What it produced, and what you would do differently.
